All our floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh flowers, which are highly perishable. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been confirmed and prepared.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your order or feel something is not right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to review the situation and offer a suitable solution where possible.
Please note:
· Refunds are not available for reasons beyond our control, such as recipient not being available, wrong address provided, or delays due to typhoons or other severe weather.
· Minor variations in flower colours or substitutions may occur depending on seasonal availability. These are not considered grounds for refunds.
