🛒 Ordering & Account
No, simply add the item(s) you want to purchase to shopping cart and checkout. A new account will be generated for you automatically. When we receive your order, you will receive and automated order confirmation email.
🚚 Delivery Options
Same day delivery is available to order before 1pm cut off time.
Cut off time for Sunday deliveries is 1pm on previous day (Saturday).
Morning delivery is a guaranteed service. If we fail to deliver with the specified time range, we will refund the morning delivery surcharge.
Exact time delivery, within 1 hr time frame, is subject to HK$160 delivery surcharge. Eg 10.30am - 11.30am. Please contact our customer service to arrange if this is required.
Evening time delivery (6pm-9pm) is subject to HK$260 delivery surcharge. Please contact our customer service to arrange if this is required.
Delivery surcharge of HK$120 is applied for addon items such as cakes, and chocolates, without any floral products. Delivery surcharge is also applied to remote destinations.
📦 Delivery Details & Requests
Our standard delivery is 9am - 6pm. You may request a preference in the order comment box and we will do our best to fulfil your request (but is NOT guaranteed). Request examples: deliver before lunch time, deliver after 3pm etc.
Our driver will attempt to deliver your flowers without calling. If he cannot physically deliver to the door, usually due to building security, he will follow to your delivery instruction (if any) or call the recipient first, then you. If he cannot establish contact with either recipient or you, and no one can receive the flowers, it will be returned to our workshop and will incur a re-delivery fee of HK$120.
When your flowers are delivered, we will send you an order completion email.
📍 Special Delivery Locations
We are able to deliver to restaurants before your meal. Please inform your restaurant in advance, that we will deliver your flowers prior to your arrival (usually late afternoon). Your restaurant will accept your flowers on your behalf and present it upon your arrival or according to your instruction.
Most funeral home accept flowers from late afternoon, for the evening (wake) service .
Due to security issues, we can only deliver to hospital reception.
Due to security issues, we are only able to deliver to the hotel concierge and cannot deliver direct to the recipient's room.
🎁 Reward Points
If you are an existing customer, points will awarded to your account. For new customers, a new account will be generated for you and points will be awarded.
Reward points will be awarded based on the net product amount, exclude delivery (if any), for your next purchase. Do note that they will expire 12 months after the points are awarded.
Login to your account. At checkout, the amount of reward points you have is shown in the payment method section. Simply select the amount of points you wish to redeem.
