🚚 Delivery Options
Yes! We provide FREE same-day Smart Route Delivery across most of Hong Kong for all orders placed before our daily cutoff. Smart Route Delivery means we group orders along efficient routes, saving fuel and reducing emissions while keeping delivery FREE.
Our cutoff is 1:00 pm daily. Orders placed before then are guaranteed for same-day delivery. Orders after the cutoff will be delivered the next day.
Yes, absolutely. We know special occasions can’t wait, so our drivers are available even on Sundays and public holidays.
Yes, we deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and most outlying islands. Some remote districts may require extra fees or additional lead time.
Yes! All orders to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon enjoy FREE same-day Smart Route Delivery.
⏰ Delivery Timing
Our FREE Smart Route Delivery runs from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Because routes are finalised each morning, we can’t guarantee exact times in advance. You may request AM or PM delivery in the order comment box, and we’ll try our best to arrange it, but please note it’s not guaranteed. For offices and workplaces, we always aim to deliver before 3:00 pm. If you need a fixed time, we offer a premium point-to-point service for an additional fee.
Since Smart Route Delivery routes are only confirmed on the day, we cannot provide exact timing beforehand. You may leave an AM or PM preference in the order comment box, and we’ll try to follow it depending on the day’s route. Office deliveries are usually prioritised and tend to arrive before 3:00 pm, while residential deliveries can arrive anytime in the 9:00 am–6:00 pm range.

Yes. If you require delivery within a specific one-hour window (e.g. 11:30 am sharp), we can arrange Specific Time Delivery for an additional HK$160.
Evening time delivery (6pm-9pm) is subject to HK$260 delivery surcharge. Please contact our customer service to arrange if this is required.
Delivery surcharge of HK$120 is applied for addon items such as cakes, and chocolates, without any floral products. Delivery surcharge is also applied to remote destinations.
💳 Costs & Policies
Our Smart Route Delivery is FREE of charge across most areas. Only premium options (specific-time, express, evening, or remote locations) may incur a surcharge.
Our driver will first try to call the recipient. If no one is available, we may leave the flowers with a neighbour, reception, or arrange a later re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery fees apply: Kowloon (HK$100), Hong Kong Island (HK$160), New Territories (HK$260).
Our driver will attempt to deliver your flowers without calling. If he cannot physically deliver to the door, usually due to building security, he will follow to your delivery instruction (if any) or call the recipient first, then you. If he cannot establish contact with either recipient or you, and no one can receive the flowers, it will be returned to our workshop and will incur a re-delivery fee of HK$120.
Yes. Simply note “contactless delivery” at checkout and our driver will leave the flowers at the door, reception, or another safe spot without direct contact.
📍 Special Delivery Locations
Yes, we are able to deliver to restaurants before your meal. Please inform your restaurant in advance, that we will deliver your flowers prior to your arrival (usually late afternoon). Your restaurant will accept your flowers on your behalf and present it upon your arrival or according to your instruction.
Yes. We provide sensitive and professional funeral and condolence flower delivery to funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries across Hong Kong. Please include the name of the deceased, hall number, and ceremony time to ensure on-time delivery.
Most funeral home accept flowers from late afternoon, for the evening (wake) service .
Yes. Please provide full details such as ward, floor, or patient name, and we’ll ensure smooth delivery in line with hospital guidelines.
However, due to security issues, we can only deliver to hospital reception.
Yes. Please provide the recipient’s full name, room number, and hotel reception details so we can deliver smoothly.
