Since this was bought for an office opening I thought it would have had more appropriate decoration/ packaging. It was very sparse they only put two tiny birds as ornament - quite ugly in fact pink and a blue one no ribbons or anything- disappointing

本人於收貨當天，整體上與購買時的圖樣不同，蝴蝶蘭花的顏色十分淺淡，玫瑰花的花瓣有見開始凋謝。
Prompt delivery, courteous delivery man who called when the recipient did not answered the bell. Instructed him to leave it at the door and he took a pic to proof his delivery. Flowers exactly as that seen on the web. Efficient and user-friendly order procedures. The only drawback is inability to use the cash voucher at check out when it doesn't imply anywhere that it is only applicable to orders HK$500 or above. Mine is a dollar short of $500, and only if I had seen that restriction I wouldn't have had to spend ages trying to use my cash voucher and eventually forsook it, wasting time , effort and got agitated. That marred what otherwise was a good experience. But they later acknowledged the flaw and immediately reimbursed the $ I was supposedly entitled to use. It is not the $ reimbursed, but it is their prompt rectification to win back a customer.
I will continue to use FDHK as their bouquets are true to the pic, plus warm customer service is also the reason.
The pot was infested with a ton of ants so I had to threw away the plant. Very disappointed!
