Customer service is super responsive and ca accommodate for my last minute request. I have ordered 5 times already. The actual flower delivery looks as nice as the photo on the website if not better!
The flowers I received did not meet my expectations for freshness. I find the flower bouquet a bit crowded and hence the pink colour of the Lisianthus stained the white Ping Pong Chrysanthemums next to it. I am a little disappointed with it.
Poor quality using withering flowers, even though price not cheap (almost $2,000).
